Job Title: Test Operator (AM and PM Shift)
Location: Olive Branch, MS

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate reliability, compatibility, and functionality of server products.
  • Build, test, and troubleshoot new products.
  • Test, benchmark, and document findings for new products.
  • Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
  • Perform tests and troubleshoot assemblies or final systems.
  • Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI) for accurate execution.
  • Determine test specifications, methods, and procedures based on Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
  • Assist with unpacking, packaging, labeling, and crating as needed.
Requirements and Education:
  • Minimum 6 months of related experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer components and handling.
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work on ladders or stools.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of basic office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
  • Understanding of manufacturing systems is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and time management.
  • Effective at delegation and multitasking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours and Compensation:
  • AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (Monday – Friday) | $17.50/hour
  • PM Shift: 4:15 PM - 12:45 AM (Monday – Friday) | $19.50/hour
  • Overtime opportunities available.
  • Additional bonus pay for weekend work.
