    Job Requirements:

    • Must have prior working experience as Test Operator in a PCBA electronics manufacturing services industry.

    • At least three years of work experience in PCBA manufacturing or PCBA contract electronics manufacturing industry.

    • Knowledge and understanding of Test Process Instructions.

    • Working experience in electronics.

    • Ability to identify components.

    • Ability to interpret quality control specifications.

    • Good communications skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
