Here's what you'd do:

  • We are seeking a Production Operator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of products.
  • Your responsibilities will include operating manual and automated assembly and test equipment, and performing quality control checks to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
  • Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues on the floor will help maintain optimal production performance.
  • Set up and operate manual production, assembly, and test equipment in accordance with product specifications.
  • Maintain production logs, including material usage, output, quantity, downtime, and quality control records.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficient, effective operation with organized, clean, and safe production areas.
  • Perform quality inspections on products during different production stages.
  • Ensure all production activities meet safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to increase productivity and collaborate with supervisors and team leads to optimize workflows.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Pay rate: $21.00-$27.00/hour DOE
  • Hours: 40 Hours/Week 1st Shift 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

  • A candidate should have solid mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to adhere to strict safety standards
