Volt is hiring for a AM and PM Production Test Operator for a technology company located in Hillsboro, OR.
6-24 month contract opportunity, Gain experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
As a Test Operator you will be:
  • Running and monitoring jobs to meet daily production goals.
  • Following documented procedures.
  • Complying with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) policies and safety practices.
  • Using basic tools like Excel and web-based platforms.
  • Reporting failed components by initiating non-conforming material reports.
  • Performing quality checks and troubleshooting basic problems in your assigned area.

Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Good judgment for solving low-complexity problems.
  • Comfort using email for communication.
  • Technical proficiency and comfort with digital tools.

This is a Full-Time, Contract role (Up to a 24 month contract).
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 3:00pm OR 3pm - 11:30pm
Pay: $20-$22/hr. Depending on Shift
