We're seeking an experienced SyteLine ERP Systems Specialist to play a critical role in supporting and advancing the technology backbone of our business. A Role for an Engaged Business Partner
This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working directly with users, collaborating across departments, and helping drive business success through technology. Success in this role requires building strong relationships with teams across manufacturing, operations, finance, engineering, and leadership.
While this position has the potential for a hybrid work arrangement, it is preferred that candidates maintain a local presence and be available to work onsite as business needs require for meetings, projects, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Relocation assistance is not available. We are seeking candidates who currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Kansas City area or who can independently relocate.
What You'll Do
As our SyteLine ERP Systems Specialist, you'll serve as both a technical expert and business partner, helping maximize the value of Infor CSI (SyteLine), Factory Track, and related business systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain Infor CSI/SyteLine, Infor Factory Track, and interconnected ERP environments.
  • Partner with business users to identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost reductions.
  • Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop and modify ERP customizations using .NET and C#.
  • Modify forms, IDOs, and DataViews within the SyteLine environment.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
  • Troubleshoot, test, debug, and implement system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and technology partners as needed.
  • Train and support users to increase adoption and effective use of business systems.
  • Monitor system performance, maintain documentation, and support change management processes.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
You are a technically strong ERP professional who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, and building strong relationships across an organization.
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Approximately 10 years of related ERP systems experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Infor CSI/SyteLine and Infor Factory Track.
  • Experience supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, and customizing ERP applications.
  • Strong .NET/C# development experience.
  • Experience modifying SyteLine forms, IDOs, and DataViews.
  • Advanced Microsoft SQL Server skills, including stored procedure development and optimization.
  • Understanding of the SyteLine data schema and architecture.
  • Experience with testing, debugging, quality assurance, and change management practices.
  • Ability to evaluate business processes and translate requirements into technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users at all organizational levels.
