Job Summary:


B&A is looking for a Systems Architect to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The System Architect designs and maintains the enterprise solution architecture supporting PeopleSoft environments across multiple cloud domains. This role ensures secure integration, system performance, and alignment with NGA IT and cybersecurity standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Develop system roadmaps for PeopleSoft and supporting technologies
  • Ensure architecture compliance with security and DoD standards
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Define integration strategies and system performance improvements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field/major
    – OR – Eight (8) additional years of experience without a degree in architectural system design.
  • Five (5) years of experience working with PeopleSoft in a classified environment

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise solution architecture principles and methods.
  • Experience developing strategic system architecture plans
  • Experience with system and network creation and development
  • Strong understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices

Desired Skills:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher).
  • SAFe Agilist certification.

Security Clearance

  • Must be holding an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
