Job Summary

Branded Bills is hiring a Revenue Systems Architect to own the systems, workflows, and data that power revenue generation across the business. This role blends HubSpot administration, revenue operations strategy, CRM architecture, automation, and AI-enabled sales process improvement.

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technology, and Operations to design scalable processes across the customer lifecycle. This role is not a traditional CRM admin role; it is a hands-on systems architecture position for someone who can understand the business process, shape the data model, configure the platform, and work with engineering to build more advanced capabilities.

The ideal candidate can move comfortably between HubSpot configuration, pipeline design, reporting, API/integration requirements, AI-driven workflow design, and business stakeholder conversations.

Salary Range

$120k-$170k (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Systems Ownership - Own HubSpot administration, configuration, governance, and architecture. Maintain pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, permissions, and reporting structures that support sales and marketing execution.

  • CRM Architecture & Data Quality - Design scalable CRM data structures, customer lifecycle models, and governance standards. Improve data accuracy, reduce duplication, and ensure HubSpot data connects cleanly with NetSuite, Shopify, internal systems and analytics platforms.

  • Sales Process Optimization - Partner with Sales leadership to improve lead routing, quote-to-order workflows, account management processes, customer handoffs, sales productivity, and visibility into funnel performance.

  • AI & Automation Enablement - Identify and design AI-enabled sales workflows, customer intelligence tools, automated follow-ups, sales research processes, and productivity automations. Help drive and partner with Platform Engineering when custom development is required.

  • Integration Strategy - Define requirements and use ai-driven workflows to drive integrations between HubSpot, NetSuite, Shopify, ecommerce tools, internal systems and other third-party sales platforms. Ensure data flow, ownership, error handling, and operational support are considered before implementation.

  • Roadmap & Stakeholder Partnership - Maintain a revenue systems roadmap, prioritize requests with business leaders, document decisions, and translate business needs into practical system solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM architecture, business systems, or sales technology.

  • Advanced HubSpot administration experience, including workflows, reporting, permissions, properties, lists, forms, and pipeline configuration.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle management, data governance, and CRM best practices.

  • Advanced Experience using SQL, reporting tools, spreadsheets, or BI platforms to analyze and validate business data.

  • Experience with AI-driven workflows, automation tools, or AI-enabled sales productivity solutions.

  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, data models, and systems architecture concepts.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with sales leaders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating HubSpot with NetSuite (or other ERP), ecommerce, or custom internal platforms.

  • Experience in B2B, ecommerce, wholesale, or manufacturing environments.

  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Shopify, Azure, or custom application ecosystems.

  • Experience mentoring analysts or leading systems improvement initiatives.

Why Join Branded Bills?

  • Shape the revenue technology foundation for a growing brand.

  • Work at the intersection of CRM, AI, automation, and custom software.

  • Help modernize how Sales works with HubSpot, NetSuite, internal systems and Shopify.
