Job description

Reporting to a Manager of Information Technology, you will implement integrated systems solutions to technical and business problems at both tactical and operational levels. You will research, debug, and analyze software and system problems, model and recommend software and system solutions, and collaborate with and guide other Information Technology employees. You will partner with customers to ensure business or technical requirements are fulfilled with quality and participate across the development lifecycle through technical specifications, application configuration, development, testing, and implementation.

In this role, you will support the delivery, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Conagra's UKG Workforce Management platform while working with stakeholders across Human Resources, Manufacturing, Legal and Finance to troubleshoot issues, refine processes, and support integrated system functionality. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Support daily technical configuration, system maintenance, and monitoring of the UKG Workforce Management platform.Provide second-level support for end users, resolving issues related to pay rules, schedules, time-off accruals, attendance rules, workflows, and general system behavior.Support UKG Workforce Management Ad Hoc Reports, Dataviews, and related reporting needs.Support time clock hardware troubleshooting, including connectivity and firmware updates.Support integrations and data feeds between UKG Workforce Management and other systems such as Workday, partnering with internal teams and vendor partners as needed.Contribute to semi-annual SaaS release preparation by reviewing release notes and participating in user acceptance testing.Assist offshore support teams with escalated or critical incidents.Maintain process documentation, operational procedures, and change management artifacts.Gather business requirements, understand user needs, and evaluate solution approaches.Communicate with Information Technology teams, business partners, and leadership.Support adherence to data protection, security standards, and established processes.Stay current with UKG Workforce Management capabilities and related workforce management technologies.Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related role.1-3 years of experience supporting timekeeping or attendance systems, with UKG Workforce Management preferred.Foundational understanding of UKG Workforce Management technical and functional capabilities.Experience supporting workforce management systems in a Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods environment preferred.Communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into system requirements.Familiarity with data integrations between Human Resources or timekeeping systems and external vendors.Experience contributing to the delivery of Information Technology solutions or enhancements.Experience collaborating with systems integrators, vendors, or Information Technology outsourcers preferred.Exposure to Continuous Delivery or Agile methodology preferred.Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in matrixed, cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel up to 10 percent annually.Number of Days in Office: 3 #LI-Hybrid #LI-SG1 #LI-MSL Compensation Pay Range:$72,500-$107,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
