Job description

Job Summary:
Life Cycle Engineering is a privately held, employee-owned company focused on enabling people and organizations to achieve their full potential. As a Systems Administrator, you will support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, RI, managing NMCI hardware and software assets, coordinating asset orders, and providing training related to these systems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Coordinate NMCI asset orders with NUWCDIVNPT command NMCI POCs, perform asset management and reporting for deployed NMCI assets, and reconcile assets using the NET.
โ€ข Process Move, Add, Change (MAC) submissions on new and existing NMCI assets, track open MAC requests, and facilitate MAC completion using MAC system tools in NET.
โ€ข Compile NMCI cost and technical data from NET, analyze data for current and future requirements, and summarize data and analysis in a report to address GFI request.
โ€ข Provide life-cycle management for NMCI software including analysis of license expiration dates, and submission of a MAC request in NET for license renewal and changes.
โ€ข Coordinate with command NMCI POCs to make sure assets and peripherals are available, validate scheduling, and perform asset reconciliation upon completion of asset replacement.
โ€ข Upon receipt of service request, perform issue resolution. If unable to resolve the issue identified in the service request ticket, escalate the request to Government NMCI Activity Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) and track NMCI trouble ticket through completion.
โ€ข Provide users with NMCI related IT/IA training on enterprise systems.

โ€ข Bachelor's Degree in from an accredited university in a relevant discipline such as Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
