Test & Integration Manager - Defense Electronics - Onsite position
The Test & Integration Manager leads system integration, verification, validation, and production test activities for complex aerospace and defense electronic systems. This role manages multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensures products meet technical, schedule, quality, and customer requirements from development through production.
Location: Santa Clarita, CA - Onsite
Salary: $ 144,100 - 192,100 per year plus bonus

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering; Computer Engineering or any related technical discipline
- 8-10+ years of experience in:
  • System integration
  • Electronics testing
  • Test equipment development and maintenance

  • 3-5+ years of people leadership experience
