You will be the Weapons Integration Manager - Level 5 for the Weapon Integration team which is responsible for delivering precise engineering support across multiple programs.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Weapons Integration Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading the Weapon Integration team in Fort Worth, Texas, shaping standards, workforce capability, and performance management.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Develop and institutionalize standard work practices, processes, plans, and procedures to ensure timely and accurate engineering support.

  • Design and execute workforce competency strategies to attract, retain, and grow a skilled aircraft Weapon Integration talent pool.

  • Oversee performance management integration, providing clear expectations, feedback, and growth pathways for team members.

  • Guide the planning and execution of newbusiness pursuits, aligning technical resources with emerging opportunities.

  • Recognize and reward behaviors that drive positive outcomes, reinforcing a culture of accountability and achievement.
