Delivery Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Operations Analyst to help keep our delivery teams informed, organized, and moving forward. This entry-level role supports budgets, staffing, contracts, forecasts, capacity planning, and reporting while partnering closely with Delivery, Program Management, and Finance.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain budget, contract, staffing, forecast, and capacity data.
  • Update Smartsheet and other approved systems.
  • Gather and validate information from delivery stakeholders.
  • Identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent data.
  • Support variance tracking and leadership reporting.
  • Assist with staffing forecasts and resource planning.
  • Help improve reporting processes, templates, and checklists.
What You’ll Bring
  • Entry-level, internship, or academic experience in analytics, finance, operations, reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to organize data from multiple sources.
  • Strong follow-up, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Confidence identifying inconsistencies and asking questions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
