This role collaborates across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with primary focus on application design, development, and implementation. The position utilizes development tools and technologies aligned with enterprise IT architecture

As a Level 4 Systems Analyst Consultant, this individual leads complex software development projects, serves as a technical subject matter expert, drives software package implementations, mentors junior staff, and functions with minimal supervision. Required Technical Skills OpenText Archiving and Doc Access for SAP OpenText Archive Center OpenText Content Server OpenText Capture Center OpenText Enterprise Scan OpenText Web Viewer OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP Intelligent Capture Center OpenText Directory Services Preferred Technical Skills C# programming utilizing OpenText APIs OpenText Exstream development experience Primary Responsibilities Lead complex software development projects. May serve as backup to management in a limited capacity. Education Required Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Relevant experience beyond the minimum requirements may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Certifications Preferred Two or more professional certifications in job-related disciplines. Experience Required Ten years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development. Preferred Twelve years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies. Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Experience leading the adoption of new technologies when appropriate.

Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience presenting information to technical teams and departmental audiences. Ability to develop project plans for small projects.

Ability to partner with Project Managers on large project planning activities. Experience assisting with project scheduling and resource management. Ability to create and review technical design specifications.

Knowledge of development tools and technologies supporting enterprise IT architecture. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience driving continuous process improvement across SDLC, application support, maintenance, and technology architecture functions.
