Description
The Product Manager and System Administration position will manage and provide system administration for one or more payment systems. This will include being the primary contact for vendors, assisting in audits, completing risk assessments, being a payments expert, troubleshooting system issues, implementing system enhancements and being the subject matter expert for other business units. Success in this position will require working with other product managers to provide seamless solutions for internal and external customers and training internal stakeholders on system capabilities.
As a payments expert, the role requires deep knowledge of ACH, check, real-time payments wire transfers, and treasury operations, with the ability to evaluate system functionality, identify enhancements, and incorporate solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in both retail and commercial banking, coupled with a working knowledge of banking systems. While not a data analyst, the candidate must be able to "speak the language" of systems and technology to bridge business needs with technical execution.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years related experience in banking operations, treasury, or digital banking systems.
  • Certified Treasury Professional
  • Accredited ACH Professional
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required
  • Strong expertise in both retail and commercial banking.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
