The Team Administrator must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a real estate team must tend to its agents and clients needs in such a way that they are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the team.
The Team Administrator acts as the main point of contact for the team. They will answer the phones, return emails and handle all agent and client needs with a smile.
The Team Administrator will assist in the management of the team by providing support and feedback to the Director of Operations and Rainmaker on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the team.
