BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for an IT Project Coordinator Intern to join our Information Technology team in Green Bay, WI. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This position is part time up to 30 hours per week, with typical hours Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position is a hybrid role requiring some onsite work at our corporate headquarters office in Green Bay. No Holidays! No Weekends!

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

The Job:
  • Assist in creating and updating project documentation and templates (e.g., charters, closure reports, communication plans).
  • Help track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of project status reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings; assist with agendas and meeting notes.
  • Maintain project calendars and assist with resource tracking.
  • Log risks and issues and escalate to project managers as needed.
  • Help ensure documentation complies with organizational standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and shadow project managers to learn coordination best practices.
  • Assist with change request documentation and routing.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to project managers (e.g., formatting documents, data entry).
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and ethical standards.

The Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Completed coursework in Application Development, Infrastructure, or Project Management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Interest in project management and IT operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
