Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate deliverables and communications between Sunnyvale

HQ, our regional Korea offices, and partner organizations to ensure global alignment.

B) Business Development & Pipeline Discipline

Operational Powerhouse: Support the BD pipeline by managing senior leadership's

scheduling, ensuring timely follow-ups, and tracking partner meeting outcomes.

Accountability Tracking: Maintain active task tracking for ongoing BD and partnership

responsibilities using Rocketlane and Salesforce.
CRM Management: Ensure all records, client correspondence, and project milestones

are accurately documented in Salesforce to maintain data integrity.

C) Operations & Logistics Coordination

Delegation Management: Lead the logistical planning for visiting Korean delegations,

including meeting calendars, site visits, and high-profile event schedules.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with PNP's Ventures, Events, and Marketing

teams to ensure Korean startups are fully integrated into the Silicon Valley ecosystem.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field

(Master's preferred).

Bilingual Mastery: Professional-level fluency in Korean and English (written and

spoken). Must be capable of professional writing in Hangul Program (HWP).

Technical: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Rocketlane, Google

Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Photoshop and macOS is a plus.

Discipline: Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize multiple

concurrent BD and program tasks with minimal supervision.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate time zone differences with

partners in Korea.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in Startup, Venture Capital (VC), or Corporate Venture Capital

(CVC) environments.

Familiarity with government-funded acceleration cycles and reporting nuances.

Knowledge of emerging technologies in Mobility, Physical AI, or Defense Tech.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Global Exposure: Work at the forefront of innovation, connecting with C-suite

executives and unicorn founders.

rewarded with increased ownership.

Vibrant Culture: Join a dynamic, international team that values teamwork, intellectual

curiosity, and "building from scratch."
