Job description

No resume. No hoops. Apply in 5 minutes through a quick video intro: apply.syncelectrical.com/f22zz2n4c#src=ziprecruiter

Here's What You Get

  • Company vehicle. It's yours for work — no putting miles on your personal truck. Fuel card included.
  • Full benefits. Medical, dental, vision, HSA, and paid time off. We take care of our people.
  • Beautiful, interesting work. You're wiring high-end custom homes — not strip malls, not cookie-cutter tract housing. Every project is different, the finishes are top-tier, and the work itself is something you can take pride in.
  • People you actually want to work with. This is the one that matters most to us. We're careful about who we bring on because the people around you make or break your day. Your apprentices, the other journeymen, the owners of the company — we want you to actually enjoy coming to work. We're not a yelling-and-drama kind of shop. You show up, do great work, have a good time with the people around you, and go home. That's the culture, and we protect it.
  • A small, growing team where you matter. You're not a number here. You'll have real ownership of your work and direct communication with the people running the company. As we grow, so do your opportunities to step into more responsibility and leadership.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Active Utah Journeyman Electrician license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Residential electrical experience (high-end custom residential strongly preferred)

What sets you apart:

  • Deep troubleshooting ability — you can walk into a home that's wired wrong, strip it down to the wires, isolate every circuit, and fix it. You understand theory, not just procedures.
  • Calm, level-headed temperament — you can deal with frustrated homeowners and demanding builders without losing your cool.
  • Strong communication skills — you're comfortable in luxury homes talking to clients and builders with high expectations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Not the right fit if:

  • Your experience is exclusively commercial — even with years of experience, commercial-only backgrounds don't translate well to what we do.
