Join our team to provide memorable experiences to our loyal clients in search of
unique hand-crafted luxury chocolate confections.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate with excellent sales, organizational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate must truly enjoy interactions with customers and their fellow team members.

Typical duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Assist customers with high quality service.
  • Ensure the store is organized and presentable each day.
  • Replenish displays and rotate product.
  • Cultivate and maintain our loyal customer relationships.
  • Elevate the customer experience with product knowledge.
  • Packing and preparing orders for shipping or pickup.
  • Follow up with customer orders by phone or email.
  • Communication with management on daily tasks.
  • Collaboration with fellow team members for the success of the store.

Education and experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience or equivalent.

Requirements, skills and qualifications:
  • Please submit your resume and a cover letter with a summary of your experience and interest in the position.
  • Leadership and time-management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail, direct customer service/sales or hospitality.
  • Adaptive and able to handle change in a positive manner.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours.
  • Must have flexibility to work open/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and during peak holiday season.
  • Special note: No shift on Easter, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. The store will be closed.

  • We are seeking a Part-time Sales Associate as an addition to our long-term core team.
  • We are open to collaborate on a set schedule of days and hours.
  • Students are welcome to apply.
  • Product training is provided and the opportunity to sample over 100 varieties of chocolate.
