Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) โ€“ Emergency Room (ER) for a 13-week contract to provide high-quality emergency care in a critical access hospital serving a diverse patient population. The RN will assess, stabilize, and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries while supporting Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical, and Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and prior travel experience to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
Experience in ER, Med/Surg, and Charge Nurse responsibilities required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required
Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification required
Current PALS (AHA/ARC or ENPC) certification required
Current TNCC certification required
NIHSS, CPI, and SANE certifications preferred
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Strong assessment, triage, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
Ability to float between ER, Med/Surg, and Charge Nurse duties in a critical access facility
