Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Director (RN) – Case Management to lead hospital case management operations in Missoula, Montana. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing care coordination, utilization management, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary case management services to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

The Director will partner with physicians, nursing leadership, social work, and executive teams to improve patient outcomes, optimize care transitions, and drive operational excellence. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $112,000 to $130,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to lead a critical department within a respected healthcare organization.

Required Qualifications
  • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for Montana licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of hospital case management leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of:
