Leg Work Rehab Group is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Jefferson City, Missouri. The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, which is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic modalities. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that includes physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, all focused on optimizing patient outcomes. • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, range of motion, and functional limitations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, enhancing strength, and alleviating pain, tailored specifically to each patient's condition.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, utilizing best practices to maximize effectiveness.
• Apply modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy as needed in accordance with each treatment plan.
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team—including physicians and other therapists—to coordinate care and share insights that enhance the rehabilitation process.
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, effective home exercise programs, and essential lifestyle modifications to support long-term recovery and health.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions in compliance with all regulatory standards and clinic protocols.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and various orthopedic conditions. Our clientele ranges from athletes requiring swift recovery to older adults managing chronic pain. This role requires a nuanced understanding of physical therapy principles, particularly in an orthopedic context, to ensure each patient receives individualized care that meets their specific recovery goals.

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri.
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred; however, new graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to patient education and support.
• A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated health care team.

While a minimum of 2 years in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, we welcome applications from motivated new graduates who have completed clinical rotations focused on orthopedic physical therapy. An understanding of the latest evidence-based practices is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Our offerings include:
