Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC

Location: Manchester, NH.

The role offers two options: part‑time (15–20 hrs/wk) and full‑time (32 hrs/wk).

Part‑time positions do not provide benefits. Full‑time positions include health, dental, 401(k), and additional benefits.

Role Overview

As a Licensed PMHNP, you will prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, Spravato (esketamine nasal spray), and ketamine for clients. Duties include conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management, collaborative integration with therapists, and participating in the organization’s wellness retreat and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for clients
  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including Spravato and ketamine
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about medication options, risks, benefits, and alternatives
  • Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure integrated, coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor for medication interactions, adherence, and client progressParticipate in case consultations, staff meetings, and collaboration sessions
  • Respond to urgent client needs (no on‑call hours), medication refill requests, and treatment updates as appropriate
  • Stay current on best practices, emerging medications, and continuing education
  • Work with practice management on creating new programs/services
  • Participate in self‑promotion/marketing to help increase the client base
Qualifications
  • Board‑licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner/PMHNP with an existing NH license
  • 1+ years of experience prescribing psychiatric medications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to trauma‑informed and culturally responsive care
  • Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
  • Technologically capable
  • Certified in BLS/CPR
  • DEA registration in NH
  • Own malpractice insurance
  • Maintain your own PsychologyToday profile (optional)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Open to new PMHNP graduates (must have NH license)
