Overview
The Senior Vice President, Analytics (SVP) is a strategic, analytics-focused leader responsible for driving client satisfaction and business growth. As the SVP, you'll lead a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and collaboration. You'll foster cross-functional collaboration and support media investment teams, ensuring effective client strategies and project execution. This role reports to the Executive Vice President, Analytics.
Responsibilities
  • Strengthening client relationships by serving as a key encouraging leader, aligning marketing strategy with a client's broader business goals and objectives
  • Driving the use of data in decision-making throughout the organization, partnering with experts, vendors and organizational leaders to get it done
  • Demonstrating expertise in responding to client media and enterprise-wide business needs including performance analytics, strategic budgeting decisions, competitive assessments and business-case analyses
  • Providing methodological support, coaching, training and advice to analytics staff across levels
  • Publishing formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching major data and strategic issues, demonstrating existing Collective intellectual capital and developing innovative concepts
  • Contribute intellectual capital around measurement, analytics, research and insights.
  • Develop and recommend procedures in data processing and reporting automation to reduce the reliance on manual labor for basic functions.
  • Identify the most effective and immediate methods of converting campaign results into actionable media and programmatic insights.
  • Provide strategic and tactical data and analytics recommendations to clients and key partners.
  • Actively participate and contribute to new business and existing client business development.
  • Evaluate and recommend data driven vendors and solutions to continuously drive innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience within data and analytics with a minimum of 5 years of experience within a media/advertising agency
  • Expertise in demonstrating the digital data ecosystem across industries including automotive, telecommunications, technology, retail, CPG and financial services
  • A strong knowledge of coordinated marketing and CRM fields
  • Proven leadership ability and strong, impactful client relationship experience
  • Stellar communication, presentation, and storytelling skills: engaging, straightforward - and, above all, can effectively and convincingly translate unstructured business solutions into innovative customer marketing programs
  • Experience with the following:
    • Business Intelligence tools (QlikView, Tableau, etc.)
    • Ad Tech/Mar Tech (Adobe, Blue Kai, TURN, etc.) and relational databases (SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle)
    • Digital attribution (VisualIQ, Convertro, etc.)
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Robust knowledge and experience of third party and rich media ad serving along with site-side tracking technologies across mobile, video and display
  • Experience utilizing and/or modelling multiple data sources simultaneously, identifying/procuring third party data
  • Advanced digital data market experience including social and mobile data experience
  • Understanding of broad range of online advertising media channels from search, display banners, email, contextual, social -understand a holistic view of a paid, owned, and earned
  • Experience within online measurement and analytics, with the ability to provide meaningful insight to clients and internal teams

Compensation Range: $180,215 - $299,637.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
