SVP, Data & Intelligence

As a SVP, Data & Intelligence at Zeno, you will lead the operational strategy and business performance of the U.S. Data & Intelligence practice. Working closely with practice leadership, clientteamsand cross-functional partners, you will oversee resource planning, delivery operations, financialperformanceand workflow optimization while helping modernize how analytics work is delivered across the agency.

This is an opportunity for a strategic operations leader to shape the future of Zeno's Data & Intelligence practice by strengthening delivery, advancing AI-enabledworkflowsand building an environment where teams can consistently deliver exceptional client outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Practice Operations & Business Leadership:Lead the operational performance of the U.S. Data & Intelligence practice, overseeing staffing,utilization, forecasting, deliveryoperationsand overall business health.

  • Resource Planning & Delivery Excellence:Partner with practice leaders to develop staffing strategies, balance team capacity and ensure client programs are delivered efficiently, consistently and at the highest quality.

  • Operational Strategy & Process Innovation:Develop scalable workflows, standardized frameworks andoperational bestpractices that improve efficiency,visibilityand consistency across the analytics organization.

  • AI & Analytics Modernization:Identifyopportunities toleverageAI,automationand emerging technologies to streamline analytics workflows, improve delivery and strengthen operational performance.

  • Financial & Performance Management:Oversee forecasting,utilization,profitabilityand operational reporting whileidentifyingopportunities to improve business performance and delivery effectiveness.

  • Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership:Provide executive oversight and strategic counsel for select client relationships, partnering with senior leaders to support successful delivery and long-term client growth.

  • Talent Leadership & Organizational Development:Mentor and develop team members while partnering with practice leadership on hiring, organizational design, successionplanningand capability development.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Practice Growth:Partner across strategy, creative, earned media, digital and account teams to strengthen integrated delivery while helping evolve the agency's analytics capabilities and long-term growth strategy.

About You:

  • 15+ years of experience in analytics, operations, communications, marketing or related fields within an agency,consultingor client-service environment.

  • Proven success leading analytics operations, deliveryorganizationsor large-scale professional services teams.

  • Experience overseeing staffing, resource planning, forecasting,utilizationand operational performance.

  • Strong understanding of analytics delivery, integratedcommunicationsand agency operations.

  • Experience developing scalable operational processes, governanceframeworksand delivery best practices.

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing profitability,forecastingand business performance.

  • Experience leading organizational change, operationaltransformationor workflow modernization initiatives.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, automation and emerging technologies that improve analytics delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Demonstrated success building,mentoringand developing high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with experience building alignment across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Pay Range: $160,000-$235,000 USD/yr.
