The Enterprise and Finance & Technology Transformation Office seeks a Senior Communications & Engagement Manager to lead portfolio-wide end user engagement for current and future transformation initiatives. This role will drive the strategy, coordination, and delivery of clear, compelling, multi-channel communications that help global end users understand changes, adopt new tools & processes, and stay engaged throughout complex transformations.
The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller, exceptional collaborator, and operationally strong communicator who can translate technical, programmatic, and process-heavy content into narratives that are accessible, engaging, and actionable for global audiences.
What you'll DoStrategic Communications Leadership- Set the standard for communications for transformation programs, including repeatable processes and frameworks to scale across all programs and releases.
- Build and own a unified, portfolio-level communications strategy aligned to leadership priorities, program release timelines, and change impacts.
- Orchestrate the coordinated communication strategy and calendar across multiple concurrent transformations and ensure all updates are accurate and timely.
- Develop and deliver persona-based end user communications that simplify complex changes, highlight benefits, and ensure users know what is changing, when, and what is required of them.
- Create materials that enable a consistent and scalable experience across global audiences.
- Lead production of global in-person and virtual events, including storyline flow, content creation, and digital experience design to amplify program awareness and readiness.
- Employ multiple engaging vehicles and channels such as SharePoint sites & hubs, team meetings, Slack and Teams channels for targeted nudges and micro-campaigns, meeting users where they are.
- Leverage AI and Adobe tools such as Express, Firefly, Illustrator, and Creative Cloud for visual storytelling
- Define and track benchmarks for communications effectiveness (open rates, engagement, comprehension surveys, attendance, adoption analytics).
- Use metrics and feedback loops to continuously refine the communications approach.
- Provide leaders with insights that influence business decisions and improve enduser engagement.
- 10+ years of experience in Communications, Change Management, Marketing, or Employee Engagement, ideally within largescale transformation programs.
- Strong visual and written communication skills; ability to compose polished deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite and Office365.
- Expertise in producing largescale events, virtual roadshows, or engagement experiences.
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust across diverse groups.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $127,400 -- $260,350 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $179,800 - $260,350At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
