Job description

Customer Service Clerk
*MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS*

The primary purpose of this position: To provide 100% Total Customer service in a fast and friendly way.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:
  • Answer customer inquiries, respond to customer requests, and resolve customer issues.
  • Complete accurate and efficient register transactions.
  • Perform inventory duties such as unloading, scanning, and stocking product on the shelves.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance in the store.

Qualifications and skills include but are not limited to:
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • General Knowledge of Fabrics and Crafts is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for periods of time, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of hardware is a plus.

*All Full-Time employees are eligible for health benefits as well as paid vacation and paid holidays.
