  • Opportunity to lead a successful and growing retail location

Weekend and holiday availability is required, as these are our busiest business periods.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment
  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling daily cash management
  • Experience with employee onboarding, coaching, and performance development

  • Drive performance by monitoring key metrics and achieving sales goals
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and maintain high operational standards
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment with the production team
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace culture
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Disney Springs leadership and cast members
  • Communicate regularly with ownership regarding store performance, staffing, and operational needs
