Job description

MANAGER

INTRODUCTION

The Manager directs and coordinates the maintenance, inventory and cleaning procedures of the park. You are responsible for the Floor Team Leads and the Court Monitors, as well as delegating tasks and duties to them as needed.  

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Insures compliance with established Altitude Trampoline Park policies and procedures
  • Provides courteous customer service and responds to customer's questions, complaints or requests. Directs any unresolved issues to the General Manager
  • Assists supervised staff in their job performance during peak activity periods or as required
  • Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to customers, employees and management
  • Maintains proper employee/employer relations and addresses any questions in a timely and open manner, including disciplinary actions, recognition and performance evaluations
  • Inventory
  • Inventory and order supplies
  • Helium supplier
  • Food and Bev
  • Front desk supplies (Coordinate with team)
  • Cleaning supplies

  • Maintenance supplies
  • Create Maintenance inventory sheet for what you have on hand and update monthly (Tramps, Bungees, paint, pads etc.)
  • Payroll*
  • Process payroll bi-weekly
  • Park Maintenance - maintenance logs
  • Daily cleaning and maintenance
  • Springs/pads/bungees
  • Cleaning (Ex. Dusting pads, netting etc.)
  • Weekly Cleaning and maintenance
  • Under tramps sweeping/deep cleans
  • Responsible for weekly maintenance logs
  • Coordinate with Mila to schedule after hours cleaning and maintenance as needed (Foam pit, new pads etc.)
  • Cash management*
  • Cashing in and counting down tills
  • Change requests
  • Cash deposits - Train
  • Reports any variance to the General Manager
  • Provides or performs other services or duties as required by General Manager


CONTROLS OVER WORK

Works under the direct supervision of the General Manager, who will indicate general assignments, limitations and priorities.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
