The ideal Manufacturing Facility Maintenance Technician supports a smooth and efficient facility, in turn driving our customer experience through maintained facilities and equipment offering smooth operation.
Adventurer Manufacturing is looking for someone who is passionate about repairing/maintaining mechanical, plumbing, electrical, facility and minor automotive systems. A successful Maintenance Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain maintenance management technology to support daily work orders for accurate completion of tasks.
  • Perform mechanical, plumbing, electrical and facility maintenance.
  • Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements by job.
  • Track and record time spent on each maintenance item completed.
  • Manage supplies and record keeping for all work performed.
  • Use English effectively to communicate verbally, electronically, and in writing.
  • Able to read and understand operation/maintenance manuals.
  • Keep management and team appraised of work progress and timing of completion.
  • Communicate with management if additional work is required beyond originally estimate.
  • Ensure that the final work product meets quality/safety standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
  • Maintain presentable cleanliness and attire for direct interaction with suppliers.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Strong Aptitude in diagnosing/troubleshoot and repair of a wide range of structural, electrical, plumbing, and minor automotive systems.
  • Ability to perform Preventative Maintenance and recognize possible operation concerns.
  • Ability to work with safety of yourself and others in mind.
  • Be organized and neat in work area to maintain presentable appearance for the department.
  • Must have valid Driver License.
