Service Now Tool, Active Directory, SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager). Imaging / autopilot, Intune / iPhones, Office 365, Windows10 / 11, Video Conference room support. Printer Issues, Hardware Troubleshooting, Blue Screen Error / Hardware Issues, Encryption, Network Support.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. This is a great opportunity to utilize your knowledge of network administration, technical support, and IT support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's computer systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity for desktops and laptops
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Assist with software installations and upgrades
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and provide resolution or escalate as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, technical support, and IT support principles
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
- Familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
