The Global Customer Operations Group brings industry insights and experience to help our customers deliver on their technology roadmaps. We work tirelessly to earn the trust of our customers, because we know that working closely together leads to the highest quality outcomes.
The impact you'll make
Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
What you'll do
  • Responsible for the accuracy of forecast in CRM provided by regional sales team with understanding of latest business assumptions and competitive situations.
  • Oversee the execution of the booking process with timely completion of various required documents such as PO collection from sales team and other internal approvals of special commercial documents.
  • Lead the product configuration process for each order's forecast with sales team, engineering, and global operations.
  • Communicate the customer's special configuration request using our NSR (Non-Standard Request)process. Act as key liaison to make sure the engineering team understands the request and our requested timeline.
  • Communicate near term forecast to global operations and factories for order execution per customer specific configurations and timeline.
  • Conduct consistent meetings to review customer shipments with global operations at various factories to ensure schedule and progress are up to date. Resolve issues and escalate to leadership, as necessary.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales teams on latest shipment status and issues to ensure alignment.
  • Execute special and late configuration change requests from both the sales teams and product groups. Proactive planning to minimize special demands and late configuration change requests occurrences.
  • Lead negotiation process for customer specification for each product between regional sales team and each product engineering group.
  • Support the bi-quarterly forecast review with finance and business development teams on latest pricing and cost for gross margin analysis.

Who we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree / Master's degree.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
  • 2 years of supervisory or CFT leadership experience.
  • Mandarin language fluency is a plus
