Job description

Batteries Plus is looking for a Commercial Operations Support Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Sales Coordinator and National Accounts Coordinator teams. In this role, you'll oversee order management, reporting, and account implementation while supporting your team through coaching, training, and continuous process improvement. If you enjoy driving efficiency and helping others succeed, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact on our growing Commercial Sales organization.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily order management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage escalated customer issues and coordinate resolutions across internal teams.
  • Support account implementation and ongoing customer relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to drive consistency and service quality.
  • Partner with Accounting, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Lead onboarding and training efforts to support team growth and development.

What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or customer service. Experience within a commercial or B2B environment is a plus.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong data entry skills and comfort working with alpha-numeric systems.
