Position Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst provides analytical support to Operations by monitoring inventory, analyzing supply chain performance, forecasting requirements, maintaining master data, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze inventory, customer demand, and supplier performance.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory held by external partners.
  • Support purchasing and planning to ensure material availability.
  • Review MRP recommendations and improve inventory performance.
  • Manage supply chain master data and inventory cycle counts.
  • Develop reports, track service levels, and communicate key metrics.
  • Support warehouse optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead or assist with special projects and support the Quality Management System (QMS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, Buyer, or Data Analytics.
  • APICS certification and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Sr. Supply Chain Manager. Salaried employees typically work an average of 45 hours per week. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (rarely up to 50 pounds) and perform routine physical activities in a manufacturing environment.
