Job description

Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Data & Analytics Manager to join our Global Supply Chain team at a pivotal time in our data and operations transformation. This role sits at the intersection of deep supply chain domain expertise and advanced business intelligence capability. You will be responsible for building our Power BI reporting environment from the ground up, replacing legacy operational dashboards with scalable, data-driven solutions that serve Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Operations Leadership on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable querying SQL Server and Snowflake across multiple ERP/MRP systems as they are presenting insights to executive leadership. This is a hands-on builder role with a high-visibility remit and a clear path toward people leadership as the analytics function grows.
About Unrivaled Teamwear
Unrivaled Teamwear serves as the parent company of Champion Teamwear, Gear for Sports, and Knights Apparel, each as an industry leader in the sports and team apparel space. Our family of brands know what goes into great decorated garments, using top-quality fabrics and offering creative decoration options. Each brand offers customers a premier selection and exceptional service for all their sportswear needs, from T-shirts and caps to fleece, performance wear, and outerwear.
Essential Duties
BI Development & Dashboard Build-Out
  • Design, build, and deploy a suite of Power BI dashboards from scratch, replacing existing operational reports with scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Develop and own the daily 'operational newspaper' - an executive-facing overview dashboard summarizing production status, supply chain health, and critical KPIs.
  • Build Production Reporting dashboards that provide real-time and historical visibility into output, yield, downtime, and throughput.
  • Develop Production Planning dashboards enabling planners to monitor schedules, capacity utilization, and material availability.
  • Define and enforce best-practice data modelling, DAX standards, and report design principles to ensure long-term maintainability.
  • Evaluate and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) where complementary to the Power BI environment.
Data Engineering & ERP Integration
  • Write, optimize, and maintain analytical SQL queries across SQL Server and Snowflake to support reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Extract, transform, and reconcile data from three core systems - Oracle EBS, SAP, and KERP - ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reporting outputs.
  • Partner with IT and Data Engineering teams to define data requirements, support pipeline development, and improve data quality at source.
  • Document data lineage, transformation logic, and field definitions to build a reliable single source of truth for supply chain metrics.
Supply Chain Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance across Production, Operations, and Global Sourcing functions, identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support demand and production planning teams with data-driven analysis on capacity constraints, material availability, and schedule adherence.
  • Contribute to global sourcing analysis including supplier lead times, inbound logistics performance, and inventory health across distribution points.
  • Maintain and enhance recurring KPI reports and scorecards, communicating insights with context and recommended actions.
Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Reporting
  • Prepare and present analytical findings and dashboard outputs to Supply Chain and Operations Leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Translate complex, multi-system data landscapes into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Operations Leadership as primary day-to-day stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted analytical partner to the broader supply chain organization, responding to ad hoc data requests and executive queries.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven hands-on Power BI development experience including data modelling, DAX, report design, and deployment to broad user populations.
  • Proficient in SQL with demonstrated ability to query and reconcile data across multiple platforms (SQL Server and Snowflake required).
  • Experience extracting and interpreting data from at least two enterprise ERP or MRP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, NetSuite or equivalent).
  • Strong working knowledge of supply chain operations including production planning, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and sourcing.
  • Ability to translate raw, multi-system data into clear, executive-ready insights and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to Operations and executive leadership.
  • Self-starter capable of managing ambiguity and building new analytical capability with limited prior infrastructure.
Preferred
  • Direct experience with Oracle EBS, SAP (including SAP Analytics Cloud), and KERP in an analytics or reporting capacity.
  • Exposure to global sourcing analysis: landed cost, supplier lead time variability, inbound logistics performance.
  • Experience designing and governing a BI environment from the ground up, including documentation of data dictionaries and report catalogues.
  • Familiarity with connecting Power BI to Snowflake and SQL Server via DirectQuery or scheduled import modes.
  • Understanding of data warehouse concepts and working effectively with IT/Data Engineering teams on pipeline requirements.
  • Python scripting knowledge is advantageous but not required; role operates within existing enterprise systems to avoid shadow IT.
  • Previous experience in apparel, manufacturing, or consumer goods supply chains.
