Job description

Responsible for personnel assignments, transactions, workmanship, schedules, safety, training, quality control; overall production and administration of on-site field team operations at Fairchild AFB and remote locations that provides organization, intermediate and depot level maintenance, modification and repair of KC-135 aircraft. Works closely with the customer Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Government Quality Assurance Representatives (QAR) to implement operational requirements in order to meet daily missions. Implements procedures contained in the Standard Operation Procedures Manual.

Ensures timely and accurate processing of forms, records, and reports.Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Formal training in supervisory duties desirable. Experience: Must have a minimum of seven years of experience

Qualification: Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with the customer. Must have ability to supervise large team complements including leadmen, production plans, material and quality control personnel. Requires a high degree of tact, judgment, knowledge, integrity, and the ability to deal with and influence others in a positive manner.Education: High school graduate or equivalent
