Field Supervisor
Oatridge Security Group is looking for a Field Supervisor to join its rapidly growing team. This position requires individuals that possess self-discipline, de-escalation skills, a good work ethic, and punctuality. The Field Supervisor may be required to have the ability to safely operate a vehicle, stand or walk for long periods of time, and work outside in the elements.
Leadership qualities are a must for this role. In addition to performing the duties of an unarmed security officer to the standards expected by OSG & its clients, the Field Supervisor is expected to be a mentor that sets the example for other officers. Field Supervisors will also be dispatching and scheduling to ensure our clients are receiving their expected security services. Finally, the Field Supervisor will be responding to clients via phone, email, or in-person to ensure their complaints are being handled in a timely fashion.
The Field Supervisor must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug test. Candidates should have a clean driving record, be well groomed, articulate, dependable, and a team player. The Field Supervisor does not act in the capacity of a law enforcement officer and has no arrest or apprehension powers.

Work Location: Pierce and King County
Pay Rate: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule: Overnight & weekend availability required

Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills:
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language fluently
- Ability to follow written rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training material
- Excellent customer service skills in phone and face to face conversation, with excellent written and spoken command of the English language
- Familiarity with TrackTik is preferred
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of our Officers' work by conducting random site visits throughout the Seattle and Tacoma area.
- Ensure Officers are observing company standards.
- Verify that Officers are good fit for the assigned site.
- Conduct on the job and refresher training for new hires and current employees as needed.
- Recommend improvements needed.
- Maintain familiarity with day-to-day operations and assist the Operations Manager as needed.
- Identify and communicate personnel needs in a timely manner.
- Implement corrective measures and disciplinary actions as needed and appropriate to the situation.
- Track and report all vehicle maintenance required.
- File Daily Reports with supporting documentation.
- Schedule and dispatch Officers as needed.
