About the Position 

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in North Bend, Oregon! The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily monitoring of work order software system and following procedures for entering, assigning and documenting all notes, services, supplies and labor and seeing through to timely completion. They will have excellent organizational and leadership skills and the ability to communicate and report effectively. The Maintenance Supervisor will also provide daily supervision and delegation of assignments to the maintenance technicians. Participate in hiring, discipline and termination of maintenance staff. They will also perform and/or delegate regular preventative maintenance: replace air filters, inspect for plumbing leaks, replace caulking in bathrooms, replace ceiling tile grout, paint as needed, etc. 

This position may require travel to other locations including Coos Bay, OR and Brookings, OR.


Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am โ€“ 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

 

What Youโ€™ll Make

$4,833-$6,000 per month DOE/Credentials

Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

What Youโ€™ll Need

    Minimum of Five (5) yearsโ€™ experience providing oversight of general maintenance and landscaping is requiredGeneral knowledge of construction, property maintenance, local, state and federal regulations and safety proceduresTwo (2) Years of supervisory experience leading a cohesive team environment.

 

Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. 

 

This position requires the ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat/kneel, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb stairs and ladders, operate a variety of tools and machinery which may include exposure to vibration and noise; as well as lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and maneuver bulky objects. It may require the ability to occasionally sit, talk, listen, and crawl. In addition, you must successfully completeโ€ฏcrisisโ€ฏde-escalation and CPR trainings, which require performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
