A Supervisor Trainee is an entry-level professional who is learning the skills and gaining the experience necessary to become a supervisor. They typically work under the guidance of experienced supervisors, observing daily operations, assisting with team management, and participating in training programs. This role prepares individuals to handle supervisory responsibilities such as overseeing staff, managing workflow, and ensuring company policies are followed. The duration and structure of a supervisor trainee program can vary depending on the industry and employer.
