Northern Gear & Machining is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to collaborate with a team dedicated to the success of our customers. This individual will be responsible and accountable for the employees during the shift, while operating various machines as needed. They will ensure employees follow all processes, procedures, and safety/work policies that we have in place. This is a working supervisor position. Bilingual in English / Spanish is preferred.
