About the Role

Superior Health Linens is hiring a Transportation Manager to lead daily driver operations and fleet performance supporting hospitals and healthcare facilities across the region.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing drivers, ensuring DOT compliance, improving route performance, and keeping deliveries safe and on time. You will lead by example, support operations when needed, and drive accountability across the team.

 What You’ll Do

* Lead and support a team of CDL drivers

* Manage daily dispatch, routing, and fleet operations

* Ensure DOT compliance (HOS, inspections, driver files, safety standards)

* Conduct driver coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews

* Provide route coverage when needed

* Track KPIs including on-time delivery, safety, and efficiency

* Work with Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance to support operations

* Handle incident reviews and corrective actions

* Maintain fleet and compliance records

 What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years transportation, fleet, or logistics experience

* 3+ years supervising CDL drivers in a DOT-regulated environment

* Strong understanding of DOT regulations and fleet safety

* Experience with dispatching and route planning

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

* Valid **CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement required**

* Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements
