Job description

HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST
LOCATION:  Administration
EFFECTIVE DATE:  July 1, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources, either in education or in private industry, administrative assistant, or similar area.
JOB DESCRIPTION: 







  1. Maintains close contact with all departments and schools in planning and anticipating certificated and non-certificated personnel needs district-wide.
  2. Updates the teachers', supervisors', and administrators' contract negotiations when needed.
  3. Keeps abreast of governmental statutes, regulations, and rules relating to personnel administration, and advise the superintendent and the Board of the provisions of the law.
  4. Researches issues pertaining to personnel, including salary research, professional standards, and other pertinent projects.
  5. Enters and maintains HR database in multiple programs.
  6. Runs and analyzes reports for the DOE, DOL, and HR office.
  7. Maintains meticulous records in personnel, account numbers, vacancies and position control.
  8. Assists in job descriptions for new positions, and coordinates the periodic review and revision of existing job descriptions.
  9. Assists in the contract and salary schedules for all certificated and non-certificated personnel and in developing and recommending salary policy and structures.
  10. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent.
