Summit Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our remote team as a vital part of our practice. This position is structured as a remote outpatient role, offering flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. Despite the virtual setting, therapists will maintain close collaboration with colleagues, participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to ensure integrated and comprehensive client care. • Conduct thorough client assessments through interviews and standardized tools to accurately identify mental health issues and inform individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement customized therapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and structured group workshops, offering support through a variety of therapeutic techniques that promote healing and growth.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse array of professionals – including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers – within our integrated care model to share insights and coordinate treatment effectively.
• Educate clients' families and support systems, fostering an understanding of mental health challenges and encouraging active engagement in recovery processes.
• Document patient interactions comprehensively, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards as articulated by HIPAA.

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults grappling with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • A current and valid license as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to establish rapport with clients and apply exceptional therapeutic skills to motivate and guide them through their healing journeys.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with remote counseling platforms.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or other areas of focus, such as substance use disorder, child and adolescent therapy, or LGBTQ+ issues.
• Previous work experience in an outpatient mental health setting is a plus.

This role offers a competitive salary of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to a robust pay scale, our organization provides a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
