• Conduct detailed initial assessments and screenings to identify clients’ mental health concerns, establishing comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Implement individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance client engagement and recovery.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring continuity of care through regular case discussions and shared documentation.
• Facilitate family education sessions to enhance the understanding of mental health issues, encouraging supportive environments for clients’ recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

You will work with a diverse group of clients, offering support to individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. By actively listening and providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will play a crucial role in each client's healing journey, fostering resilience and self-efficacy.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology in the state of Texas.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and a solid understanding of contemporary evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional active listening and communication skills, facilitating rapport-building essential for effective therapy.

• Previous experience in virtual counseling or teletherapy settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cultural competency frameworks and an understanding of how to cater to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and therapeutic workshops.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
