• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that address specific challenges and goals for each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies that promote healing and growth.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure holistic and effective treatment.
• Offer educational resources and supportive services to clients' families to foster a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Maintain compliant and confidential client records adhering to both regulatory and ethical standards.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices across a range of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a trusting rapport with clients.

• Experience working in community health settings or clinics with a focus on diverse populations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology is advantageous.
• Previous involvement in collaborative treatment frameworks is beneficial.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
