  • Special Dietary Chef Summer Camp 2026 (MayAugust)
  • Do you have a passion for creating delicious meals that everyone can enjoy, no matter their dietary needs? Were looking for a Special Dietary Chef to join our summer camp culinary team across the USA. Youll bring creativity, skill, and leadership to feed up to 800 campers and staff daily, making sure every guest feels included and cared for at the table.
    This is a seasonal position (MayAugust 2026) a chance to spend your summer doing meaningful work in a fun, energetic camp environment!
    What Youll Do
    • Develop and prepare inclusive menus: gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly options.
    • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
    • Oversee meal service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and special events.
    • Maintain top-notch food safety and sanitation standards (so every inspection passes with flying colors).
    • Work with the Food Service Director to manage quality, costs, and kitchen staff training.
    • Bring energy, creativity, and a welcoming attitude to the dining experience food is a big part of camp memories!
  • What Were Looking For
    • 5+ years culinary experience (camp or large-scale cooking preferred).
    • ServSafe Food Manager Certification (required).
    • Strong background in special dietary meal planning and preparation.
    • Leadership skills and a team-first mindset.
    • Able to lift 50 lbs, work in hot and cold environments, and keep pace in a busy kitchen.
    • Must pass a background check and hold a valid U.S. drivers license.
    • Available MayAugust 2026.
