Summary The MIL Corporation is seeking a Summer Technical Hire (Engineering Aide I) to support one or more projects in new and innovative technical areas on-site at our Lexington Park, MD location. Those filling these positions will work with practicing engineers to gain valuable experience in various technologies and/or project management skills. These positions run through the Summer 2026 break, with a possibility for continuance during school breaks. This position currently requires an on-site schedule, with 5 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities * Perform various engineering and technical support tasks * Review, update and maintain electronic documents * Potential work areas include: procurement department, engineering department, project management department, on-site government support, and reception Travel None Required Qualifications * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Good verbal and written communication skills Desired Qualifications * Experience with Java and Python * Familiarity with DoD and/or government contracting Education High School Diploma/GED and currently enrolled in a 4-year college program with at least a 3.0 GPA in a Computer/Cyber/Engineering/IT curriculum Clearance All applicants for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.
