Elite Sports Clubs is looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals aged 16 and up to join our team as Camp Crew Team Members. This is a paid seasonal position where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our amazing camp counselors, creating unforgettable memories for campers-and having a great time while doing it.Your Adventure Awaits
As a Camp Crew Team Member, you'll assist with daily camp operations, support counselors in leading activities, and help create a safe, inclusive, and exciting environment for kids. It's the perfect opportunity to gain leadership skills and experience what it's like to be a camp counselor.What You'll Do
  • Assist counselors in leading games, sports, arts and crafts, and other camp activities
  • Help plan and set up engaging, age-appropriate experiences that promote creativity and teamwork
  • Monitor campers and ensure a safe and positive experience for all
  • Encourage and support campers in building confidence and friendships
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of camp spaces and materials
  • Communicate observations and feedback to counselors and staff
  • Be a positive role model, demonstrating teamwork and professionalism
What You Bring
