About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized, detail‐driven Operations Coordinator to support our client's summer event logistics and donor data entry needs. This short‐term role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy‐focused environmen



Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support (Approx. 50%)

  • Manage vendor onboarding for summer events
  • Collect and verify W‐9s and required documentation
  • Check vendors against the debarment database
  • Enter and maintain vendor information in internal systems
  • Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and compliance


Development Support (Approx. 50%)

  • Enter donor and gift information into CRM
  • Maintain clean, accurate donor records
  • Support Development team with data hygiene and reporting needs
  • Boomerang CRM experience is a strong plus


What You Bring

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with CRM or donor databases (Boomerang preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including Teams and SharePoint
