Position: Flipside After School Care Staff


Reports to: Director of After School Programs and Summer Camps


Mission: Committed to Jesus Christ, North Cobb Christian School provides a biblically based, academically excellent education in a nurturing environment, developing students’ potential to impact their world for Christ.


Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma
  • Love working with children
  • Experience working with groups of children
  • Highly energetic, creative, and flexible
  • CPR Trained (preferred)

Hours and Duties:

  • Monday – Friday, 2 pm-6:30 pm
  • Comply with policies as stated in the Employee Agreement and in the Employee Handbook.
  • Check students in or out of summer camp, supervise children inside games/activities, and prep and clean up for camp.
  • Know the proper ways to deal with disruptive or disobedient behavior
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
  • Know the procedures for dealing with issues of an emergency nature.
