About This Role

🌟 Summer Camp Coach – Fun, Energetic, Child-Focused Leaders Needed! 🌟


Camp Arrow is a fun, engaging, and faith-based summer camp program dedicated to providing children with enriching experiences through academics, recreation, leadership development, creative arts, STEM activities, field trips, and character-building opportunities.


We are seeking energetic, dependable, and positive Summer Camp Coaches who enjoy working with children and can create a safe, nurturing, and exciting camp environment.


What You'll Do

  • Supervise and engage children in daily camp activities.
  • Lead recreational games, team-building activities, and enrichment projects.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times.
  • Assist with field trips and special events.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Support academic enrichment and summer learning activities.
  • Foster positive behavior using age-appropriate guidance techniques.
  • Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and administrators.
  • Assist with setup, cleanup, and organization of camp materials.
  • Follow all Bright from the Start (DECAL) licensing requirements and center policies.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Pass Criminal Records Check
  • Minimum of 1 year experience leading and working in youth programs, camps, sports or after-school
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to actively participate in indoor/outdoor activities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend & supervise children throughout the day
  • Ability to left up to 25 pounds
