Sr IT SuccessFactors Specialist

Onsite HYBRID Full-Time Employee – NO CONTRACTORS that want a contract position. No C2C, No CTH,

No telecommuting, NO will rent an apt there, and go home on weekends

This role is critical to configuring and developing Global Total Rewards and Recognition in our Technology ecosystem.

Responsible for stakeholder management, business liaisons, understanding the business processes and functional requirements, translating that into technical specifications, designing the solution, and development and ongoing maintenance for these applications in Human Resources.

The role empowers the candidate to lead and run these projects on time and execute smoothly with high quality.

The person will be required to collaborate with business teams/HR Ops Teams, SAP SuccessFactors, technical teams, consultants, and IT counterparts for project activities across all geographies.

We are a very hands-on company, so we expect high technical proficiency and a can-do mindset for our solutions team.

What you'll do:

Lead project management with offshore development centers, consultants, and software vendors to develop and implement systems in the core areas of Compensation, Recognition, Stocks Awards and Variable Pay

Drive the technologies that enable Compensation in SAP Successfactors along with Employee Central. Oversee and contribute to the development of HR technology, and execute the objectives catering to the Rewards and Recognition Programs in a high-growth environment.

Execute the implementation and support of HR systems with the goal of leveraging technology to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity, focus on the use of AI and automation to drive these efficiencies.

Conduct Security and Architecture reviews: work with HR Total Rewards and Benefits team, HR Vendors, Internal Security and Architecture teams to facilitate design reviews for new development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science

5+ years of relevant experience.

In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors, mainly in the area of Employee Central

Hands-on in configuration and development


Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HR business processes, with SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Compensation and/or Variable Pay)

Experience with Business Rules configuration and exposure to CPI

PMP certification

Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies, along with strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and logically resolve issues, including troubleshooting to identify root causes.
